Heretic Custom Arms took my vision and turned it into exactly the rifle I wanted: a .308 DMR rifle. Every detail feels intentional, from the components and fit to the custom camo finish. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the accuracy exceeded my expectations. It truly feels like it was built for me. Thank you, James!

The cerakote pattern came out even better than I expected and really makes the rifle feel like it’s mine. It definitely gets attention at the range, but more importantly, it shoots. The accuracy has been incredible and it’s been consistently putting down tight groups. Couldn’t be happier with how the whole build turned out.

I purchased the specter in 6mm arc with the fluted 12.5 inch barrel And I can’t say enough about the quality and finish. It cycles incredibly well suppressed and unsuppressed. I now have a pistol capable of dealing with hogs.
I really like the included Heretic lubricant. It goes on incredibly lite and stays where you put it. I believe it really helps the pistols cycling. Plus it make cleaning a breeze. The carbon just wipes off with a micro fiber.

Heretic Custom Arms stands alone at the pinnacle of custom AR-15 work and extreme-precision manufacturing.
James and his team have redefined what is possible. Through relentless experimentation and exacting attention to tolerances, they continually push the boundaries of precision engineering to unlock the true potential of the AR platform.
I have ordered multiple complete rifles and a pistol from them in various calibers. Every single one has delivered performance and dimensional precision that left me genuinely impressed. No other AR-15 rifle or pistol is built to a higher standard. That level simply does not exist elsewhere.
Thank you, Heretic.

I’ve bought two rifles and a pistol from Heretic Custom Arms. So far, I have been nothing but pleased with the customer service, attention to detail, value, and accuracy of the firearms. These are extremely well built rifles that will certainly last a lifetime. The cerekote jobs are also second to none. I will definitely be purchasing more guns from this company in the future. Also, their military and veteran discount is absolutely second to none. I am 100% satisfied.

Worked with james to build a custom AR10 rifle. His knowledge and service was top notch. Let me tell you, this gun gets some serious attention everytime I take it to the range. The tolerances are incredible with no slop. This gun makes me feel like a better marksman than I am, it’s incredibly accurate!
