I’ve been extremely impressed with the Sentry from Heretic Custom Arms. From the moment I picked it up, the quality and attention to detail were obvious. Everything feels solid, well-fitted, and thoughtfully put together.
At the range, the Sentry has been accurate, smooth shooting, and completely reliable. The rifle balances well and the controls feel natural, making it comfortable to shoot whether you’re running drills or spending the day shooting from the bench. The trigger is crisp, and the overall fit and finish are a noticeable step above what I’ve experienced with typical off-the-shelf ARs.
What impressed me most is that the Sentry feels like a rifle that was actually built with purpose rather than assembled from whatever components were available. You can tell Heretic Custom Arms takes pride in the details.
If you’re looking for an AR that offers excellent craftsmanship, reliability, and performance without feeling like another mass-produced rifle, the Sentry is absolutely worth considering. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I purchased a sentry line 5.56 and I’m SO happy with it.. The craftsmanship of the rifle is amazing and the accuracy is a whole different level…. Shot over 2000 rounds through the rifle and not one hiccup. 😁
